Created in 2021 in Weiterswiller, L'Arbocal is an artisanal canner whose mission is to preserve family orchards in the foothills of the Vosges and their remarkable biodiversity by exploiting their fruits: Jams, syrups, nectars, chutneys, ketchup, condiments, fruits in syrup, etc. Complementary, it processes vegetables from overproduction or declassified vegetables of local gardeners: soups, gazpachos, spreads...
