Friendly atmosphere and lots of stands : craftsmen, local merchants, organizations etc. Discover the manufacturing process of this Christmas pastry, made only in the Welche country, a part of the Kaysersberg Valley which has its own language and traditions.

The Ogey is a delicious brioche with dried fruits which macerated in brandy; it is best enjoyed during the winter and especially during the Christmas season.

Wearing a mask is compulsory from the age of 11 years.
