Since 1987, Fernand Haas has been making delicious jams rich in fruit and taste. Whether they are traditional or more original with evocative names such as "honeymoon", "Indian summer" or "Baeraweka"... they are all unmissable! Fernand also offers delicious sorbets and ice creams: honey and cinnamon, rhubarb with yogurt, blueberry, Morello cherry, quetsche, vine peach, green apple, blackcurrant, mirabelle plum... many frozen desserts: frozen vacherin, frozen cookie, Black Forest, frozen Parfait with its medallion of baeraweka, frozen Christmas log... as well as syrups, honey, baskets...
